Deep down, we always knew they would try to do this.
The radical left, funded by over $100,000,000 of Michael Bloomberg’s money and being aided and abetted by the FAKE NEWS media elites, were always going to do whatever it took to try to topple President Trump on election night.
While I write this, the outcome of this election is not perfectly clear, but it certainly appears likely that Joe Biden will be in the White House come January.
And if that happens, he will declare war against the Second Amendment and proud gun owners like you and me ON DAY ONE!
So regardless of how we got here, the fact is that gun owners like you and me need to prepare for a fight over the Second Amendment the likes of which this country has never seen!
And if this happens, it won’t be like the gun control battles we won under President Obama. Being led by pure America-hating leftists in Congress like Ilhan Omar and Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, you can expect to see an all-out assault against every aspect of our right to keep and bear arms.

Here in Iowa, the members of Iowa Gun Owners continue to be the fiercest fighting force in the state, and sent a loud message on election night!
Our Constitutional Carry bill sponsor, Rep. Jeff Shipley, was re-elected despite being directly targeted by Michael Bloomberg!
The Iowa House and Senate remain in Republican control.
Radical gun-grabber and now FORMER Congresswoman Abby Finkenauer was thrown out of office because she backed a national gun owner registry and tried to ban our AR-15’s!
And in the biggest news of the night, after a $50,000 radio and digital ad campaign from Iowa Gun Owners that exposed her absolute hatred for the Second Amendment, Senate hopeful Theresa Greenfield was CRUSHED by gun owners –- losing her race by over 110,000 votes!
The Iowa Senate race may well end up being the ONLY REASON why the United States Senate didn’t fall into Chuck Schumer’s hands on election night!
If the Senate flipped and Biden wins, the fight for our gun rights in Washington, D.C. would be all but lost. But it’s not — thanks to the members of Iowa Gun Owners who stepped up to the plate on election night!
So, for gun owners, the Senate is where we need to make our stand and hold the line for freedom! But it’s going to be a major fight, as multiple Senate Republicans like Lindsay Graham, Marco Rubio, Rob Portman and Thom Tillis have ALREADY gone on record supporting ‘Red Flag Gun Seizure’ legislation.
Of course, under a Biden administration, that’s just part of what gun owners will be facing as Nancy Pelosi is expected to take immediate action on:
>>> Legislation that would ban the AR-15 and hundreds of similar rifles, along with all magazines that hold over ten rounds.
Just like the musket in the 1700’s, the AR-15 has become the symbol of American defiance to tyranny. That’s why there are over 20 million of them in circulation, as there is no better tool to use in stopping criminals or tyrants. Biden and Pelosi would make it a felony for Americans to buy one!

This has been one of the top agenda items for the radical left for years. They can’t wait to track, trace, and register gun owners like we are sex offenders, while they build the database they need for future gun confiscation!

Can you imagine having to wait for three, seven, or even fourteen days to buy a gun while Antifa thugs rioted and burned their way across America this Spring? That’s what this legislation would do, jeopardize your safety, while benefiting armed criminals who will ignore this law!
Iowa Gun Owners will be pouring pressure into Congress next year as we battle against every bit of the Biden/Pelosi war against gun owners.

But after the loud message that gun owners here in Iowa sent — expanding the size of the Republican-controlled House and Senate majorities despite Michael Bloomberg’s best efforts to stop us — we also need to insist that legislative leaders stop stalling Constitutional Carry law!
As you likely know, Constitutional Carry law simply states that law abiding citizens would no longer be forced to obtain a government-issued permit to be able to carry a firearm for self-defense.
It would leave our ‘Shall Issue’ laws untouched for those that prefer the current system, simply making the permit system optional for law abiding Iowans.
Of course, this is the law today in a whopping sixteen states across the country including neighboring or nearby states like Missouri, South Dakota, and Kansas, just to name a few.
But for the last three sessions, after racking up over a dozen co-sponsors on this critical legislation in the Iowa Senate, the Judiciary Committee has killed this bill.
In the House, the story isn’t much better.
House Majority Leader Matt Windshitl has refused to even allow our Constitutional Carry legislation to have a sub-committee hearing, effectively killing it for the year.
The reason is simple.
We have a growing number of Republicans in the House who publicly oppose Constitutional Carry law, and if they are forced to vote on this legislation, that would expose them to angry gun owners in future primary and general elections.
So to protect their leadership positions, House and Senate leaders have blocked Constitutional Carry to please anti-gun moderates in both chambers, telling proud gun owners like you and me to “sit down, and shut up.”
Everything we are going to be facing next year — from mobilizing gun owners against gun control in Washington to fighting to advance Constitutional Carry law in Des Moines — is going be an uphill battle.
We’ve got to push — and push HARD.
That means direct mail. That means targeted social media. And that means massive amounts of emails.
I’ll be honest, the money we spent exposing radical gun-grabbers like Theresa Greenfield, Abby Finkenauer and others through social media and our statewide radio program was absolutely necessary, but it was also very expensive.
