Joe Biden and the Radical Left are enraged after losing control of the House, as it limits their ability to ram gun control through Congress. That’s why Biden intends to roll out one Executive Order after the next this year, mandating gun control by fiat!
That’s why Iowa State Representative Jeff Shipley has filed the Second Amendment Preservation Act (SAPA,) which would nullify federal gun control laws by requiring that Iowa peace officers only enforce Iowa laws when it comes to firearms and ammunition!
Now it’s time that the rest of the legislature do their jobs and get this bill passed.
Missouri has identical legislation on the books, and it’s survived multiple court challenges in Circuit Court and the State Supreme Court! But that doesn’t mean that the Democrats or the RINOs in Des Moines are going to pass this legislation without a fight.
To pass this legislation, we’ll need every gun owner in the state to take action and flood the legislature with calls, emails, and petitions demanding action on this bill!
