We’re running out of time…
In 91 days, the worst Executive Order that Joe Biden has ever signed will take effect. And unless the Judiciary Committee moves HF-147, we could be facing felony charges by May 31st!
That’s because Joe Biden has made pistol braces illegal with the stroke of his pen, even though 40,000,000 Americans own them.
Make no mistake: the issue isn’t pistol braces.
The issue is that we have a demented tyrant in the White House who is bypassing Congress and signing Executive Orders attacking gun owners — and he expects Iowa cops to enforce this tyranny.
That’s why the legislature NEEDS to pass the Second Amendment Preservation Act (SAPA)(HF-147) before it’s too late.

After passing in Missouri in 2021, SAPA legislation is sweeping the country in response to Joe Biden’s attacks on gun owners.
SAPA reminds the White House that Iowa cops work for Iowans, not Joe Biden. Further, SAPA tells Biden that Iowa cops will only be enforcing Iowa laws when it comes to firearms, ammo, and accessories.
In other words, if Biden wants federal gun control enforced here in Iowa, he’ll need to send in federal agents to do it.
The good news is that SAPA passed the Judiciary Sub-Committee last week. The bad news is that there are multiple Republicans on the full Judiciary committee who won’t vote to advance the bill onto the Floor.
That’s why it’s vital you email the full committee immediately!

Gun owners in blue states have almost no options right now, other than maybe a lawsuit. But here in Iowa, a GOP-run state, there is no reason why SAPA can’t pass into law this session.
After all, the Judiciary Committee has a 14-7 GOP majority!
But having just spoke with members of the committee, it’s very clear that SAPA is being held back. Maybe it’s Bloomberg’s pressure. Maybe it’s the Catholic Conference.
Either way, you need to make your voice heard right away!
Remember, without SAPA legislation in place, there will be nothing stopping Joe Biden from ordering Iowa cops to do his dirty work and enforce Executive Orders against gun owners.
And like I said, far from being hypothetical, this starts in just 91 days! Send your emails immediately and urge your friends to do the same thing!
